Yes. AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Framer can make a working small business website in a few hours. The hard part is making it look trustworthy, read clearly and show up in search, and that is where a designer helps.
Choose by who will keep it up to date. Framer is a website builder with AI built in, so you can edit pages yourself later. Claude and ChatGPT can write the pages and code, but someone has to host and update them. I can help you choose before you commit.
